The Trust owns and maintains Sri Ramanjaneyar and Sri Vaithyanathaswamy Temples situated at 98, GST Road, Tambaram Sanatorium, Chennai - 47. The temples are sanctified as these are near Tiruneermalai, which is one of the 108 vaishnavaite Divyadesams and sung by Alwars in their Tamil hymns and situated on foot of Pachaimalai on the one side and on the western side of G.S.T. Road at about 25 kms from Chennai, on Chennai - Kanyakumari National Highway . (NH 45)

The temples were relocated and reconstructed in the vast area of 75 cents of land and Mahasamprokshanam/Mahakumbabishekam was performed in the year 1995 and Two Rajagopurams of 44' height each with five tiers were constructed during 1998.

Entry to the temple is free of any charges. But the right of admission is reserved .
This temple is constructed as per Agama Sastras with Lord Sri Ramar Sannadhi in the Centre being the Main deity, Sri Anajneyar in the South east, Sri Mahalakshmi thayar Sannadhi in the South west corner, Sri Chakkrathalwar Sannidhi at the back of Sri Ramar sannadhi , Sri Andal Sannadhi at the North west corner and Sri Garudazhwar in the front.

All the daily rituals are performed as per Pancharatra Agama sastra.

In Sri Ramar Sannidhi, Sri Ramar moolavar alongwith Sri Seetha Devi, & Sri Lakshmanar are in the standing posture. The beautiful and graceful Utsavar idols of Sri Ramar Sri Seetha Devi Sri Lakshmanar and Sri Anjaneyar attract and bless us while we enter the sanndhi.
Sri Ramanavami :
Sri Ramanavami is the main festival. It is celebrated for ten days as a music festival, participated by eminent Vocalists and instrumentalists. In the evenings Sri Ramar is decorated with various forms of Lord Vishnu such as Vennai Thazhi (Krishnan), Pattabhi ramar etc.
On Sriramanavami day there will be a special Utsavar Tirumanjanam in the morning and prasadam will be distributed to all The Utsavar idol is being taken in procession around the Streets of Tambaram Sanatorium in the evening
 
Vasanthothsavam :
During summer, on the last 3 days of Agni Nakshatram, Vasanthothsavam for Lord Sri Rama is celebrated. In the evenings Sri Ramar with Sri Seethai are seated on a swing (oonjal) above the pushkarini(temple tank) with waters in the temple tank full. Devotees will sing in praise of the Lord.
 
Pavithrotsavam :
Once a year as being done on all the Vaishanava temples Pavitrothsavam is being performed in this temple also. while we do the daily poojas , we could have committed some mistakes and to sanctify the temple from this unknown mistake, Pavitrotsavam is being celebrated for 3 days and on the 4th day morning Sri Ramar is being taken to the Pushkarini for theerthavari.
 
Tiruppavadai Utsavam :

When we offer prasadam to the God daily, we do not know whether it is sufficient for him or not, but there is a possibility that it may not be sufficient to him, in order to compensate this, Once a year in the month of Ayppasi (Oct-Nov) huge volume of various Prasadams (Pongal, Sakkaraipongal, Puliyodarai, Vadai, Dosai etc) will be prepared and arranged in the Ardha mandapam along with all varieties of fruits. After the special pooja, sathumurai and darsan by devotees the prasadams will be distributed .

 
Vaikunta Ekadasi :
On Vaikunta Ekadesi day after the morning Poojas Sri Ramar Utsavar alongwith Sri Seetha, Sri Lakshmanar and Sri anjaneyar will be taken to the mandapam via Vaikunta Vasal (Sorga Vasal) for giving darshan to the devotees and there will be Tiruveedhi ulaa (procession) in the evening .
 
Adi Pooram Festival :
On Adi pooram day(july-August) and Panguni Uthiram day (march-April) Tirukalyana Utsavam for Sri Ramar is performed in the traditional manner and Tirumangalya saradu offered to Sri Seethapiratti is distributed to the devotees.
 
Tirukarthigai Utsavam :
On the karthigai star of Karthigai month(Nov-Dec), sokkalpanai (sacred bonfire) is being done in front of the temples which is witnessed by Lord Rama along with Sri Seetha, Sri Lakshmanr and Sri anjaneyar.
Sri Ramanjaneyar who is adorning the temple for more than six decades is all-powerful and has devotees all over the world. Thousands of devotees are visiting the temples everyday from the nearby residential colonies and also from various parts of the country. The sanctity of Sri Anjneyar is that He is facing north, which is a rare phenomenon.
  1. The devotees adorn him with his favourite Vadamalai On all the days of Agninakshatram (Katri veyyal what we call in Tamil) in summer he is decorated with Santhanakappu (Sandal paste).
  2. His Power or his Mahimai has to be felt than to be told. He has relieved lot of peoples from their agony or sufferings and made them happy.
  3. Thousands of devotees are getting their desires fulfilled by offering "Prarthana coconut" with their prayer to Him.
Hanumat Jayanthi is celebrated every year on his birth star moolam of Margazhi month. Aganda Ganam is the specialty of the festival. Thiagaraja keerthanais are sung continuously for 24 hours by eminent Vidwans , Vidushis and budding young artists without repetition of keerthanas. The function ends with the recital of Pancharathna keerthanas. During this period Anjaneyar is offered number of Vadaimalai continuously for 24 hours.
Sri Mahalakshmi Thayar is facing east, in sitting posture, removes all hurdles of the devotees and blesses them all with prosperity.
On the day of star "Uthiram" of every Tamil month special Tirumanjanam is done for the thayar. On Fridays Sahasranama Archnai is done for the Thayar for the wellbeing and prosperity of the Mankind. During Navarathri on all the nine days Sri Thayar is decorated to appear in various forms of Ashtalakshmi.
Sri Chakrathazwar is facing east and in the standing posture with sixteen arms and Sri nrisimhar is facing west and in the sitting posture in the form of yoganarasimhar
On "Chittirai" star of every Tamil month special Tirumanjanam is done for Sri chakrathazwar. Every Saturday sahasranama Archana is done . On pradosham days and on Swathi star days "Panakam" is offered to Sri Nrisimhar.
Sri Andal is facing east and in the standing posture.
Danur Maasa Pooja:
In the Tamil month of margazhi (Dec-Jan), All the thirty days, Thiruppavai is recited in the early mornings and Pongal Neivedyam is offered to Sri Andal.On "Pooram" star of every Tamil month there will be a special Tirumanjanam .
Sri Garudazwar who is also known as Peria Tiruvadi is facing Sri Ramar .
On "Swati" star of every Tamil month which is his birth star special Tirumanjanam is done . In the Tamil month of "Adi" On his birthday special Tirumanjanam and pooja are performed.
This temple is constructed as per Saiva Agama Sastra, with the Main deity of Lord Sri Vaidhinathaswamy in the Centre , Sri Sasi MangalaMaha Ganapathy in the South west corner, Sri Valli Deivanai sametha sri Muthukumaraswamy Sannadhi at the North west corner, Sri Thaiyalnayaki Ambal in the front on the northern side, Sri Vishnudurgai on the northern side facing north, Sri Dakshnamurthy on the southern side and the Navagraha sannadhis in the north east corner of the Temple. Sri Chandikeswarar Sannidhi is located on the northern side with the idol facing south and Sri Nandhikeswarer is located in front of the Sri Vaidhinathaswamy sannadhi.
All the daily rituals are performed as per Siva Agama sastra.
The day starts with Abhishekam in all the sannidhis of Sri Vaidyanathaswamy Temple.
The main sannidhi is having lord Sri Vaidyanathaswamy as the presiding deity.
Marundurundai Prasadam :
Devotees suffering from various ailments receive the miraculous relief by consuming the specially prepared marundu urundai(medicinal balls) offered to Lord Sri Vaidyanathaswamy.
Kandrishti (dosha nivarthi)Coconut :
This coconut blessed by Sri Vaidyanathaswamy if hung on the main entrance of the house, gives protection from evil eyes, black magic etc.,
Silver Vilva Thridala Archana :
At the special request of devotees, vilva tree leaves made of silver (108 numbers) is used to make archana to Sri Vaidyanathaswamy and one silver leaf out of the above is given to the devotee as prasadam
Pradosham :
On every pradosham day (evening of Trayodasi thithi) special abhishekam for Vaidhyanathaswamy is performed. After special abhishekam and alankaram, special Deepa aradhana is performed. The Pradhoshamoorthy is taken in a procession around the prakaram thrice which is very important. At the end, Prasadam is distributed. Karthigai Somavaram:
On every Monday in the Tamil month of Karthigai, sankabhishekam is performed with 108 sangu(conch) to the deity. After performing religious rites.Abhisheka theertham (water) is distributed to the devotees

Sivarathri :
The strictures imposed by our forefathers and Acharyas is that one who performs pooja to Lord Siva in the whole night of Sivarathri, gets all prosperity and eternal peace.Accordingly Abhishekam, Alankaram and pooja is performed for 6 Kalam on the night of Sivarathri. The final pooja is performed in the early morning following the night of Sivarathri.
Annabhishegam :
Though suddha annaprasadam is offered to Sri Vaidyanathaswamy everyday, there may be omissions and commissions due to natural calamity like rain etc.or closure of temple due to some untoward incidents. To overcome this, on Ayppasi( oct-Nov ) Pourami (full moon) day, in the evening, Sri Vaidyanathaswamy is fully covered with cooked rice (Sudhannam) and special pooja is performed. After darsan by devotees the annam is removed and distributed.
Agni nakshatra Dosha Nivarthi :
During the period of Agni nakshatram, "TARA PATRAM" (a vessel with a small hole at the bottom) is filled with water which is hung above swamy. Water will be falling drop by drop on Swamy with a view to reduce the heat. In the evenings special abhishekam with milk is done curd bath offered to Swamy is distributed.
Tirukkarthigai :
On the Karthigai day of Karthigai(Nov-Dec) month, special abhishekam is done with milk and in the evening Sri Chandrasekarar with Ambal witness the sokkalpanai (religious sacred bonfire) lit in front of the temple
Vinayaka Chaturthi :
In the month of Avani (Aug-Sept) on Sukla Chaturthi day, Vinayaka Chaturthi is celebrated as Sri Vinayaka peruman's avatara dina.
The festival starts on Amavasyai day with special abhishekam and on the fourth day ie. Chaturthi day it starts with Ganapathy homam,Special Alankaram and procession in the evening with the Utsavar idol. Ekadina Laksharchanai is also performed during this festival . Music concerts by eminent artists are also conducted during this festival.
Suklapaksha Sankatahara Chaturthi :
On Suklapaksha chaturthi day special abhishekam and alankaram are done.
Navarathri Pooja :
During the nine days of Navarathri, Sri Ambal is adorned with sandal paste and presented in different forms of Goddess Shakti
Valayal Kappu Utsavam :
On Adi pooram day special sandal paste alankaram and valai kappu (glass bangles) is performed.The bangles are distributed to the devotees after the festival.
Adi Velli :
On all Fridays of Tamil Month Adi(Jul-Aug), Santhanakappu Alankaram is done.
Pournami (full-moon) Days :
Special abhishekam is performed in the evening on all Pournami days
Sri Muthukumaraswamy blesses devotees along with his two consorts Sri Valli and Sri Deivanai.
Skanda Shashti :
For six days following Deepavali day there will be special abhishekam and alankaram. On the sixth day evening, Lord Muruga will be taken in a procession around the temple and at the entrance Surasamharam will take place.
Adi Krithigai :
There will be a special abhisekam in the morning and Lord Muruga with SriValli and Sri Deivanai will be taken in procession in the evening.
Thaipoosam :
On thaipoosam day, Ekadina laksharchana is performed for Lord Muruga.
Panguni Uthiram :
Panguni Uthiram is celebrated with Tirukalyana Utsavam being performed to Sri Muthukumaraswamy with his consorts.
Sri Dakshinamoorthy is facing south and in the sitting posture. Special abhishekam is performed in the morning and Sahasranama Archanai in the evening on all Thursdays and lot of parents for the good studies of their children and students for their good performance in the field of studies, visit the temple and offer their prayers to Lord Dakshinamurthy.
Sri Durgai is in a standing posture with four arms having Sangu and Chakra in two arms and offers Her blessings to the devotees
Durgashtami :
Eka dina Laksharchanai is performed on Durgashtami day, during Navarathri celebrations. Sahasranama Archanai is performed on all Fridays in the evenings
Special abhishekam and alankaram are performed on all Pournami days.
Sri Natarajar with his consort and other utsavar idols are situated on the northern side of Sri Vaidyanathaswamy sannidhi adjacent to Sri Ambal Sannidhi
Arudra Darisanam :
In the month of Margazhi (Dec-Jan) on Tiruvadirai star day special abhishekam is performed in the early morning and in the evening Tiruveedhi purappadu is done.

Six abhisheklams are performed in a year for Sri Natarajar including Arudra darisanam.

Guru Peyarchi :
Every year at the time of Gurupeyarchi (transition of Guru Baghavan from one rasi to another) special navagraha homam with accent on Sri Guru Baghavan and special abhishekam are performed and prasadam distributed to the devotees..
Sani Peyarchi :
If a man is worrying over anything, normally, people say he is affected with Eezharai Nattu Sani. Once in two and half years when Sani Baghavan transits, special Navagraha Homam with accent on Sri Sani Baghavan and special abhishekam are performed.
Pradosha Abhishekam :
On every pradosham day, special milk abhishekam is performed and nandikesvarar is adorned with silver kavacham.
Prarthanai Tirukalyana Utsavam :
Devotees who are worried over the delayed marriage of their wards,take a vow to perform prarthanai kalyanautsavam.When the marriage is settled with the blessings of Sri Rama/Sri Muthukumaraswamy, the vow is fulfilled.

At the special request of devotees Sri Sudarsana Homam is performed.
